Lake Pointe Sports is excited to offer a baseball, softball and t-ball league.  This league will offer opportunities for boys and girls, ages 4-8th grade to participate in t-ball, baseball and softball. Boys and girls age 4 through kindergarten will play t-ball, while baseball and softball will begin for children in 1st grade and older.

This league mirrors the current programs offered by LP Sports including devotionals during practices, awards after every game, and every child receiving equal playing time throughout the season.

Practice/Game Format:
Practices consist of one, one-hour to one and a half hour practice a week at either 5:15 or 6:30pm. Younger kids generally practice at earlier times with older kids filling the later time slots.

Games are played on Saturdays, beginning at 9am and are usually completed by 3pm. Unless making up a game from a rain-out, you can plan on playing one game each Saturday.

Practices and games will be held at the City of Rockwall Yellow Jacket Park baseball complex located off Yellow Jacket Lane behind Hobby Lobby.

New Jersey Pick-up Nights:
March 23 or 25, 2010--5-7pm--Lake Pointe-Rockwall Campus Gym.
For all players needing to pick up their baseball, softball, or T-ball shirts and cap.

First Game:
Saturday, March 27, 2010

Award Night:
May 24, 2010--4:30-8pm--Location - Hawaiian Falls, Garland TX 

Cost:
New Players (Never played in LP Baseball League)
If you have not played LP Baseball/Softball before and need a jersey, the early registration fee is $65 per player.  Cost includes 2 player jerseys and cap.  Pants and belt are available from LP Sports at a reduced cost.  Also included are individual awards, devotional guide, and year-end celebration. (On Feb 8-fees increase by $10)

Returning Players (Previously played in LP Baseball League)
If you have played before and have the red and blue LP Sports t-shirt jerseys and hat , your early registration cost will be $50 per player. (On Feb 8-fees increase by $10)

Cancellations:
Cancellations made prior to February 22 may receive a refund minus a $20 processing fee. Registrations after February 22 are not refundable but are transferable to another player participating in the league.
